AFTER-SALES PROCEDURE

THE WARRANTY

Electro-stimulation products :

The Sport-Elec electro-stimulation devices are under warranty for 2 years for labor and parts.

The belts, the short and all other electro-stimulation accessories are neither taken back nor exchanged (for hygiene reason).

The warranty is available only if the purchasing date as well as the seal and signature of the store appear on the warranty card or on production of receipt.

As well, the freight charges during after-sales service is at the buyer expense.

Loss of warranty rights :

Our workshop repairs your device under its warranty; if you or a third person repairs the device, you lose this warranty.

Electro-Institut products :

We give our electro-institut products a warranty for 24 months that we delivered from the purchasing date.

During this warranty, we exchange the defective device.

Loss of warranty rights :

Damages caused by an inadequate use (shock, connection on direct current, voltage error, descaling…), the normal wear and tear without damaging neither in the smooth running nor in the device value, excluding any claim to the warranty.

The warranty becomes void if repairs were made by unauthorized persons or if spare parts, not resulting from the same brand, were used.

The warrantee will be valid only if the purchasing date as well as the seal and signature of the store appear on the warranty card or on production of receipt.

After-sales Product Return procedure :

For a better follow-up and a refund in case of loss by mail service, we recommend you to send your consignment by registered post.

After-sales procedure for our retailers :

First, ask a return agreement with a copy of the receipt attached by fax at the After-Sales service: +33 2 32 96 50 63.

Without a receipt, the request will not valid.

Specify your address, phone/fax number, the device's reference and the quantity.

Also, please specify the type and possible cause of the product's failure too, and if it is a product coming from a store or from a customer.
