FIRST OF ALL, REMEMBER 2 GUIDING PRINCIPLES COMMON TO ALL APPARATUSES SPORT-ELEC:

WHATEVER IS YOUR APPARATUS OF ELECTRO-STIMULATION, IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE PROGRAM, PUT ALL POTENTIOMETERS AT ZERO
ACCORDING TO APPARATUSES FUNCTIONING MODE, EITHER HUMIDIFY THE ELECTRODES OR COVER THE INTEGRATED ELECTRODES WITH THE CREAM

MY APPARATUS WILL NOT SWITCH ON
BATTERIES:The batteries are not correctly inserted. Extinguish your apparatus and turn the powers to O. Open the battery compartment and comply with + and - indications.

MY APPARATUS SWITCHES ON BUT I CANNOT START IT

(For the apparatuses functioning with the corresponding electrodes) :

- Your moistened (yellow)electrodes are not moistened

Your integrated electrodes (convex part) are not covered with cream.

- The apparatus is not connected to an accessory posed on the body. The apparatus will stop as soon as you try to increase the power.

For the apparatuses functioning with moistened (yellow)electrodes):moisten your electrodes, fix them to the accessory (from the right side), make yourself comfortable (preferably in a lying position) and place them on your body (abs or buttocks, according to the accessory)

For the apparatuses functioning with integrated electrodes:

Cover the electrodes (convex part) with the cream, supplied with the product, make yourself comfortable (preferably in a lying position) and place them on your body (abs or buttocks, according to the accessory)

- You did not turn the powers to O before starting again your apparatus

- the apparatus is not correctly fixed to its accessory

-Turn the power buttons to O and try again the procedure of starting.

- For the products CT5, DUO CT5 and DUO CT5 thinness, check whether the 4 pressure buttons of the case are connected perfectly to the 4 pressure buttons of the accessory.Then try again the procedure of starting.

MY APPARATUS SWITCHES OFF ITSELF

Your program is finished

If you wish to repeat the program, turn the powers to O and choose this or another program. Attention, it is recommended not to exceed 40 minutes of stimulation per day on the same muscular zone

You moved in the course of program and it occurred that there was a partial loss of contact with the skin.

(In this case, the apparatus is put in safety, it stops)

If you wish to start it again,turn the powers to O, to replace your accessory correctly, make yourself comfortable and try again the procedure of starting.

I DO NOT FEEL ANY STIMULATION

The power level is too low.

Increase the power level gradually (for the apparatuses with graduated buttons)clockwise

Your electrodes are badly positioned

Stop the apparatus and move slightly your adhesive electrodes or your belt until you feel the best contraction.

(See the examples of positionings in your instructions.)

I FEEL UNUSUAL VARIATIONS OF POWER

The batteries of your apparatus are weak.

Change the batteries (take new batteries) or reload the batteries.

I FEEL TINGLINGS ON THE LEVEL OF THE ELECTRODES OR THEY HURT ME

Your electrodes are worn (the adhesive electrodes do not adhere any more, for example, the moistened electrodes are torn etc...)

Change them (see "How to buy your electrodes")

Your electrodes or your accessories are badly positioned

Stop the apparatus and move slightly your electrodes or your belt until you feel the best contraction.

CAUTION: The contractions must be firm but never not cause any pain.

If it is the case, stop your apparatus immediately.

ELECTRODES, THE CREAM

We remind to you that it is strongly recommended not to apply another gel on the adhesive electrodes because they are already covered with gel.

The electrodes must be placed on a clean skin.

To avoid any risk of allergy, make a test of electroconducting cream on a small part of the skin.

DO NOT FORGET THAT the ELECTRODES SERVE A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME AND THAT THEY SHOULD BE CHANGED REGULARLY, APPROXIMATELY BETWEEN 30 and 60 USES ACCORDING TO the CONDITIONS OF USE.

MAINTENANCE, CONSERVATION OF the ACCESSORIES and the APPARATUS

- A the end of each session take care of your material and let it dry on free air. Take off the electrodes and leave the belt open during several hours

- Keep the electrodes in good condition: far away from heat, preferably in a cool place (vegetable compartment of your refrigerator).

- ake off the batteries if you do not use your apparatus

WHAT IS NOT TO BE DONE (under penalty of losing the benefit of your guarantee)

- DO NOT TRY TO DRAW TOWARDS YOU THE BUTTONS OF THE APPARATUSES. This handling damages your apparatus and prevents its correct operation.

- Do not lock up your electrostimulation apparatus with the belt if this one is wet, you are likely to oxydize your apparatus. If a plastic bag is provided, do not put accessory, electrodes and device in the same bag. We do not guarantee the oxydized cases.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Keep apparatuses SPORT-ELEC away from children

Ask your doctor's advice: in case of electronic or metal implants generally (pins, etc...), in case of skin disease (wounds...)

Apart from apparatuses aimed at this purpose (Evolution 10 Special Beauty and Body & Face which contains power dividers a for specific face application)do not use the apparatuses of electromusculation SPORT-ELEC on the face.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Do not use SPORT-ELEC ®:

  • on the heart area
  • If you carry a pacemaker
  • If you are pregnant
  • during first 6 weeks after baby birth
  • In case of neuromuscular diseases
  • In case of hemorrhagic diseases

1) Products of ELECTRO-MUSCULATION

APPARATUSES Of ELECTROMUSCULATION SPORT - ELEC ARE GUARANTEED TWO YEARS PIECEWORK AND HOUR'S LABOUR

For the following apparatuses, if the apparatuses have more than 2 years :

- > Belt CT5, range SELECTION, range EVOLUTION, range DUET CT5: the FIXED PRICE OF REPAIR IS 50 euros including all taxes<

- > For the apparatuses of the range sport : Rechargeable New Generation, Complexes Multisport Rechargeable, SPORT PRO: the fixed price of repair is 80 euros including all taxes.. It is essential for us that you send us the apparatus WITH the adapter.

The belts, shorts and all other accessories of electromusculation, are neither taken again, nor exchanged (for obvious reasons of hygiene)

Our workshop carries out the repair of your apparatus during its guarantee; if you repair it yourself or by a third person, you lose this guarantee.

2)Products of ELECTRO-INSTITUT

We grant a 12 months guarantee on the products of electro-institute, which we distribute, starting from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we exchange the defective apparatus.

The damage caused by an inadequate use, (shock, connection on D.C. current, error of voltage, descaling...), the fair wear which does not carry damage neither to the correct operation, nor to the value of the apparatus, excludes any claim with the guarantee.

The guarantee becomes null and void if repairs were carried out by not approved people or if spare parts not coming from the same mark were used.

The guarantee will be valid only if the date of purchase as well as the seal and the signature of the store are reproduced on the chart of guarantee or presentation of the sales slip.

For the best following and refunding in case of loss by the mail service, we recommend you to send by registered post.
