  1. Connect the 2 electrodes to the 2 white plugs (channel 1).
  2. Take 2 adhesive electrodes, remove the protective backing and place them on the skin
  3. Switch on the device with the " ON/OFF " ( mceclip0.png ) and press the button 6 times in a row. " OK ".
  4. Gradually increase the power on this channel: first you feel a tingling sensation, then a muscle contraction.
