Thanks to the 4 double adhesive electrodes supplied with the device, you can train both at rest and during exercise whilst engaging in sporting activities for intensive electrostimulation sessions.

In total, there is a combination of 88 sports programmes and 6 health programmes across 11 muscle zones to closely match your user profile.

The Sports programmes will enable you to train intensely and optimally thanks to their active and recovery phases. The first phase will contract your muscle intensely to work all your muscle fibres to their maximum capacity. The second phase will contract your muscle slightly, improving its recovery compared to a complete cessation of contractions, thanks to operating frequencies that have long proven their effectiveness.

As each of these programmes has its own specific features, you’ll find options to help you regain muscle mass after a long break from exercise, build on your existing fitness, increase your stamina and endurance, or even improve your explosive strength and muscle tone.

The Health programmes, meanwhile, can help you after your session by either relaxing your muscles or reducing the muscle soreness associated with a strenuous workout. They can also help relieve muscle pain or alleviate the sensation of heavy legs.
