2. MUSCLE INTERVIEW (26 min)

Frequency = 60 Hz

Working time = 5.5 seconds

3. MUSCLE FORCE (30 min)

Frequency = 50 Hz

Working time = 6.5 seconds

4. MASSAGE (20 min)

Frequency = 4 to 6 Hz

Continuous massage in 30 second phases
