Body Beautiful: Getting started

1. Install the unit, connect the electrodes and place them on the muscle areas to be worked

Caution: Do not place the electrodes on the heart area or on the head

2. Short press the power button

3. Select the programme by pressing the button repeatedly.

4. Adjust the intensity of the stimuli by repeatedly pressing the and buttons on each channel.

5. At the end of the session, the machine will automatically stop.
To stop the machine during a programme, press the power button .
You can also lower the power level to 0 by pressing the buttons to return to the programme selection.
