Free Action : Start a sports program

1. Program selection Sport

2. Selection of the first muscle area

After selecting the first muscle area, the tablet displays this screen:
Indicates the first muscle area already selected.
Indicates the motor(s) associated with the first muscle area.
Face" and "back" icons: press again to select a second muscle area.
Icon "validation" : allows to launch directly the program with all the motors on the same zone. (go to step ).
