You can use GlobalStim with one or both modules.

• To use GlobalStim with only 1 module, use the main module.
• To use the 2 modules, please connect them with the cable provided.

1.  Getting started

Attach one electrode to each module using the snaps.

• Remove the plastic backing from the electrodes.
• Moisten each electrode by spreading a drop of water on the adhesive side with your fingertips and wait 2 minutes.
• Position the electrodes on your body (see positions given as an indication).

Nb: The electrodes are intended for personal use. For reasons of hygiene, each user must have his own set of electrodes.

2.  Starting the programme

Turn on your device by following the "Turn on" procedure.

The contractions should be firm but never painful.

If you feel an unpleasant sensation on the electrodes: reduce the power, move the electrodes and gradually increase the power. Also check that the electrodes are sufficiently moistened. Once the settings have been optimised, leave the appliance to work for the duration of the programme.

3. End of the programme

• When the programme is finished, switch off the device by pressing the ON/OFF button "Sans-titre-18-7.png", then remove the modules.
• Gently remove the electrodes from your skin.
• Moisten them slightly with a few drops of water and carefully place them back on the transparent holders.
• Keep the electrodes in their bag in a cool place (in an insulated compartment of your refrigerator for example).
