Help for the use of the BCS Abdos/Duo/Ceramic/Farmastim

1.1 All programmes flash when switched on                         

→ Put in new, good quality 1.5 V alkaline batteries (Duracell, Energizer, Varta, etc.)
→ Check that the batteries are correctly placed in the case
→ Remove and replace the batteries

1.2 The screen does not light up                                                               

→ Put in new, good quality 1.5 V alkaline batteries (Duracell, Energizer, Varta, etc.)
→ Check that the batteries are correctly placed in the case
→ Remove and replace the batteries

1.3 Does not scale up                                                           

→ Check that the connections are correctly made and/or not damaged
→ Check that the belt (with integrated electrode contact cream) or the electrodes are in contact with the skin

1.4 A cursor on the left and a cursor on the right flash at the top of the screen

→ Put in new, good quality 1.5 V alkaline batteries

1.5 Belt/shorty only works on one side                                   

→ Check that the connections are correctly made and/or not damaged
→ Check that the belt (with integrated electrode contact cream) or the electrodes are in contact with the skin

1.6 Belt/shorty does not work                                                     

→ Check that the connections are correctly made and/or not damaged

1.7 Belt extension not found                                                 

→ The extension is black in colour
→ It is hooked along the length of one outer side of the belt
→ There is no extension cord on multi-position belts

1.8 Impulses to be given to increase power                         

→ Give fast pulses by pressing and releasing the + button
→ 6 pulses to be given to raise the power by one notch

1.9 Compatibility of accessories                                                       

→ The box is compatible with the multi-position belt, the ab belt, the Farmastim belt, the shorty
→ The plug electrodes

1.10 Number of sessions before battery change                      

→ 20 sessions (+ or - depending on the length of the chosen programme)

1.11 Decoding the programmes                                                      

→ Programme 1: Tissue firming - (20 min)
→ Programme 2: Muscular maintenance - (26 min)
→ Programme 3: Muscle strengthening - (30 min)
→ Programme 4: Massage - (40 min)

TIPS AND TRICKS :

→ Remove the batteries from the device during long periods of non-use
→ Store the electrodes in the refrigerator
 → Put the electrodes back on the plastic holder after use
 → Take care not to twist the wires or pull the wires out of the tips after use
 → Do not press the on/off button for too long (=risk of self-testing/flashing)
 → For devices with battery: if you do not use it for a long time, remember to recharge it once every 2 months to avoid damaging the battery
 → In order to obtain results, make sure to give sufficient power for the contraction of the muscle being worked (do not stay at tingling in the work phase as the muscle will not work and the results will be null).
