1. Introduction                                                         

You have just purchased a product designed and manufactured by SPORT-ELEC ®. We thank you for your purchase and invite you to read the instructions for use in this manual.
SPORT-ELEC® has been designing, manufacturing and distributing electromusculation equipment for the general public and professionals for over 20 years. The COMBI is the result of the latest innovations from the Sport-Elec research department and optimizes the effectiveness of electromusculation sessions and saves you time.
The COMBI is a set of 6 accessories including :

• 1 vest + 8 electrodes
• 1 belt + 4 electrodes
• 2 shorts + 4 electrodes
• 2 armbands (usable on the calves) + 4 electrodes

2. Accessories for the Combi

The 6 Combi accessories make it possible to work several muscle groups at the same time and very precisely with all electromusculation devices.
Each accessory comes with adhesive electrodes that adhere to the skin and are scratched inside the accessories.
Position the electrodes where you want according to your morphology and your needs. Connect the electrodes to the accessories and to the generators of your electromusculation device. Moisten the electrodes and adjust the accessories on your body whatever your morphology.

The COMBI is adaptable to all electromusculation devices equipped with 2 mm diameter male plugs

3. Content of the pack

An electromusculation vest with 8 adhesive electrodes to be positioned inside the accessory to stimulate the abdominal, pectoral, back, lumbar or trapezius muscles.

4. Use

A. Position the electrodes inside the accessory

Position the electrodes inside the accessory following the examples below to stimulate the muscles of the front of the body - abs, pectorals - or the back of the body - dorsal, lumbar, trapezius.
Position the electrode on your body (see positions given as an indication).

B. Pass the electrode wires to the outside of the accessory

Pass the electrode wires through the slot in the accessory.

C. Clip the electrodes to the snaps of the accessory

D. Connect the generators of your electromusculation device to the accessory

Clip the 2 or 4 generators on the external face of the accessory. For example with the Multi Sport Pro or Free Action generators.

E. Remove the plastic film from the electrodes and moisten them slightly with a little water

Moisten the electrodes to improve current conduction and comfort

D. Put on the vest

Put on the vest to stimulate the muscles of the front of the body, abs, pectorals or the back of the body, back, lumbar, trapezius.

E. Starting up your electromusculation device and choosing your program

Have a good session!

5. Examples of use of the Combi with several accessories

A. An electro stimulator with 2 generators

If you have an electromusculation device with 2 generators you can work 2 muscle areas simultaneously and use either :

• arms (biceps or triceps) using the armbands
• calves (inner and outer twins) using the armbands
• abdominals using the vest
• pectoral muscles using the vest
• backs using the vest
• shoulders using the vest
• glutes using the belt
• thighs using the thigh straps

B. An electro stimulator with 4 generators     

If you have an electromusculation device with 4 generators, you can work 4 muscle areas simultaneously:

• pectoral and abdominal muscles at the same time with the vest
• back and shoulders at the same time with the vest
• arms and thighs using the armbands and thigh straps
• inner and outer thighs at the same time with the thigh straps
• abs and buttocks at the same time with the vest and belt
• abs and thighs at the same time with the vest and thighs
• glutes and thighs at the same time with the vest and the thighs

6. Technical specifications

A. The accessories

Material: black polyester jersey fabric with velcro.
Connections: snaps.

B. The electrodes

Material: conductive hydrogel with velcro strips on the outside.
Connections: wired with snap.

 7. Maintenance and cleaning tips               

A. The accessories

Once your session is over and your generator is unplugged from the accessory, use a damp sponge or dry cloth to clean the fabric if needed.
Do not machine wash, do not dry clean, do not immerse in water, do not use bleach.

B. The electrodes

• At the end of your session, we advise you to moisten the electrodes fixed inside the accessory before putting the plastic film back.
• To prolong the life of the adhesive electrodes, remove them from the accessory and store them in a dry place away from light. Some users recommend storing the adhesive electrodes in the crisper of your refrigerator.

8. Precautions and contraindications

• Follow the precautions and contraindications of the electromusculation device to which you will connect your COMBI.
• DO NOT USE ON THE HEART AREA OR GENITALS, DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE HEART PROBLEMS OR WEAR A PACE MAKER.

9. Security control

Every 24 months, the following items should be checked:

A. Check for surface degradation of the material

B. Check the reliability of the accessories

• No tears.
• No material defects.

10. Warranty

The accessories are intended for personal use. For reasons of hygiene, they can neither be returned nor exchanged.

11. Recommendations                                               

When disposing of your device at the end of its life, please ensure that you comply with national regulations.
Please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.

12. Environmental conditions for transport and storage

• Environmental temperature between +10°C and +40°C
• Relative humidity between 30% and 75%.
• Pressure 700 hPa.
