Description of the device

1. 1. left key: selects a choice

2. OK button: validation button after each choice

3. C (clear) button: allows you to go back after validating

4. Right button: selection button for choosing programmes and muscle zones

5. ON/OFF button: turns the device on and off / emergency stop

6. 4 power buttons:

     +: Increases the power / level 1 to 30

      - + : Decreases power / level 30 to 1

Description of the screen

        Battery charge level indicator

       Displays the number of the selected programme category

           Countdown display

         Alternating muscle option (choice of categoriesà ).

                       You choose to work 2 muscle groups alternately.

         Simultaneous muscles option (default choice): You choose to work 2 muscle groups simultaneously.

          Warm-up phase to be activated or not
