MSP Précision : Switching on the appliance

Step 1 - Display / Power up

Caution: to switch on, press the red "ON/OFF" button for a maximum of 1 second

• All the pictograms are displayed for 3 seconds and go out, then the front muscles flash.

• If you press too long, your screen will flash and show you all the pictograms it contains.

• To stop the appliance, briefly press "ON/OFF".

• Or to return to the menu, you must press the "C" key, or press "ON/OFF" twice 
  

STEP 2 - Selection of the muscle area(s) to be stimulated

A - Choose the first muscle area

The display shows , which means that it offers you to choose a first muscle area.

• To select the back muscles, press the "NEXT" button  Then press the "OK" button: the 1st lower muscle area flashes (calves). If you want to return to the front muscles, press the "C" button.
  

• To select the front muscles, confirm with the "OK" button: the 1st lower muscle zone flashes (quadriceps).
  Press the "NEXT" button  to go up and scroll through the different muscle areas.
  To go back down, press the "BACK" button .
  

• Once the muscle group has been selected, confirm with the "OK" button
  

B - Choose a second muscle area:

The pictograms all flash again and the display shows . The screen proposes to choose a 2nd muscle area:

• If you only want one muscle area, press the "PREVIOUS" button  and go to step 3.
  

• To choose a second muscle area, confirm again either the front or back muscles ("OK" button).

  Choose another muscle area and confirm ("OK").

  The selected muscle area(s) are displayed.

Recommendations: upper or lower muscle choice

There is a difference between the upper and lower muscle programmes.

It is recommended not to select the upper and lower muscles at the same time, as in this case the machine would give priority to the upper muscles, significantly reducing the efficiency of the work on the lower muscles.

STEP 3 - Programme selection

The SPORT programme categories are displayed flashing.

• If you want to choose from the HEALTH categories ,press the "NEXT" button  and validate "OK".

• If you choose from the categories SPORT ,and validate "OK".
  

Scroll through the programme categories by pressing the "NEXT" button .

• The display shows the 1st pictogram at the bottom and the corresponding category number simultaneously.
  

• If you want to go back down, press the "BACK" button .
  

At this point you have chosen the muscle area(s) to be stimulated and the programme category.

The device will automatically adjust the currents of the programme category to the defined muscle areas.

STEP 4 - "Warm-up phase" selection and "ALT / SIM" option

(Only for the categories à ).

 A - Activate/deactivate the warm-up phase

The machine offers you a warm-up phase before starting the active phase of the programme.

The WARM-UP PHASE pictogram (   ) flashes in the upper right corner.

If you want to select it, confirm ( OK ). Otherwise press the PREVIOUS key (   ) and confirm ( OK ).

The WARM-UP PHASE pictogram(  ) disappears from the screen.

B - Setting Alternate / Simultaneous

Then the "ALTERNATE/SIMULTANEOUS" pictogram  flashes.

• To select "ALTERNATE , press the "BACK" button , then validate "OK".
  This option allows you to work the 4 channels alternately on the two muscle areas.
• To select "SIMULTANEOUS", press the "NEXT" button, then validate "OK".
  This option allows you to work the 4 channels simultaneously on the muscle areas.
• Pressing "OK" displays the two pictograms "ALTERNATE" and "SIMULTANEOUS". .
• This option, by default, allows you to work the 4 channels simultaneously on the muscle zones.
• The pictogram of the chosen category is lit up, the chosen muscle zone(s) flashes alternately.

Note: If you have activated a warm-up phase, the pictogram "SIMULTANEOUS" appears, , will be displayed at the start of the programme because the warm-up phase must be in simultaneous mode.

STEP 5 - Start-up - Intensity settings

To start the programme, press the "+" buttons on the intensity buttons corresponding to the wires connected to your electrodes.

The power level(s) are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

The intensities vary during the session according to the content of the programme.

A long press on the " - " button quickly returns the power to 0.

If the battery is low, it is recommended not to start the programme.

Caution! Your generator is equipped with a safety system that blocks the start of the programme if the electrodes are not positioned on the skin.

STEP 6 - Running the programme

A. While a programme is running, the display shows :

• the battery level indicator

• the duration of the phase (countdown in minutes)

• the "CHRONOMETER" pictogramle pictogramme "ALTERNÉ/SIMULTANÉ"

• the "WARM-UP PHASE" pictogram "  if you have selected it.

B. Using the "C" (Clear) key :

During the programme, pressing the "C" button during a phase (warm-up/workout/recovery) ends the phase. The next phase starts unless you have reached the end of the programme.

A long press on this button returns you to the selection of the 1st muscle zone (like a normal end of programme).

C. Disconnecting the electrodes during the programme

If an electrode becomes disconnected, the power level of the affected channel is reduced to and the indicator flashes for 30 seconds before returning to a  fixed.
During these 30 seconds, it is possible to reconnect the electrode(s) and reset the powers to the desired level.

STEP 7 - End of programme - Stop in progress

At the end of the session, the screen suggests starting a new session by flashing the muscles in front to select the 1st muscle area.

Repeat the start procedure if you wish to continue on another muscle area.

Otherwise, press the "ON/OFF" key to stop.
The device goes into standby mode after 5 minutes of inactivity.
