Multisport PRO : End of programme - Stop in progress

Stopping a program to start another

At the end of the session, the screen will offer to start a new session by flashing the muscles in front (choose a muscle area).

Repeat the start-up procedure if you wish to continue on another muscle area.

Switching off the device

Otherwise, press the to stop. The device goes into standby mode after 5 minutes of inactivity.
