3.1 Nothing lights up                                                                             

→ Put the case on charge
→ If the box has not been used or charged for more than 2/3 months, the battery is probably damaged, see your warranty or buy a new battery

If the problem persists, see after-sales procedure

3.2 Everything flashes on the screen                                                                   

→ Switch the box off and on again by briefly pressing on/off

If the problem persists, see after-sales procedure

3.3 No ramp-up                                                         

MultiSport Pro plug-in

→ Check that the wires are not damaged
→ Check that the connections are correctly made and/or not damaged
→ Check that the belt (with integrated electrode contact cream) or the electrodes are in contact with the skin

→ Check that the AC adapter is not damaged
→ Check that the connections are correct

→ Unload the unit completely and try again
