Multisport Pro : Switching on the appliance

1. Display: Power on

Attention: to switch on the device, press the on/off button for a maximum of 1 second  (red button). Wait until the box is fully lit before pressing another button.

All the pictograms are displayed and go out, then the front muscles flash.

If you press too long, your screen will flash and show you all the pictograms it contains.

To stop the device, briefly press the .

To return to the menu, press the C key or press the .

2. Selection of the muscle area(s) to be stimulated.

Choice of the first zone

The display shows which means that it offers you to choose a first muscle area.

• If you want to select the front muscles, confirm with the OK button. The first muscle area flashes (quadriceps).
• If you want to select the back muscles, press the > button: the first lower muscle area flashes (calves)
• To return to the front muscles, press the < button.
• Press the > button to move up and scroll through the different muscle areas.
• To go backwards, press the < button.
• Once you have chosen a muscle group, confirm with the OK button

Choice of the second zone

The pictograms all flash again and the display shows .The screen offers to select a second muscle area:

• To choose a second muscle area, confirm the front muscles or the back muscles again, then confirm OK. 
• Choose another muscle area again, then confirm OK.

Recommendations on the choice of upper or lower muscles

There is a difference between the upper and lower muscle programmes.

It is recommended that the upper and lower muscles are not selected simultaneously, as this would give priority to the upper muscles, significantly reducing the efficiency of the work on the lower muscles.

3. Program selection.

The pictograms of the categories "SPORT" and "HEALTH" are displayed flashing (left side of the screen):

• If you choose the category SPORT , validate OK.
• If you want to choose the HEALTH category validate OK.

Then scroll through the programmes in the chosen category by pressing the > button:

- The display shows the first pictogram at the bottom and the corresponding category number at the same time.

- If you want to go back, press the < key.

At this point, you have chosen the muscle area(s) to be stimulated and the programme. The device will vary the impulses according to the targeted muscle areas and the programme.

4. Choice of warm-up phase and ALT/SIM option

This choice is only possible for categories 02 to 07.

          The device proposes a warm-up phase before starting the active phase of the programme.

          The WARM-UP PHASE pictogram flashes at the top right.

• If you want to select it press OK,

  Otherwise press the < key and validate OK (it disappears)

  Then the ALT / SIM pictogram flashes.

  To select ALT (alternating), press the < key and validate OK.

  To select SIM (simultaneous), press the > button and confirm OK.

  If you have selected the warm-up phase, SIM will be displayed at the start of the programme as the warm-up phase must be in simultaneous mode.

  The pictogram of the selected programme category is lit up, the selected muscle zone(s) flash alternately. The display shows:

  • the battery level
  • the duration of the phase (countdown by minute)
  • the stopwatch pictogram
  • the ALT or SIM option and the warm-up phase if you have selected them.

5. Start the start-up and set the intensities.

• Press the + intensity buttons corresponding to the wires connected to your electrodes (or to your accessory) to start the programme.
• To increase the intensity and change levels, press 11 times in succession to move from one level to the next.
• The power level is displayed at the bottom of the screen. If the battery is low, it is recommended not to start the programme.
• The intensities vary automatically during the session according to the programme.
• Warning: your generator is equipped with a safety system that blocks the launch of the programme if the electrodes are not positioned - correctly - on the skin.
