Using the device with the belt

The belt has 2 pairs of snap fasteners on which are clipped 2 wireless electrodes specially designed by SPORT-ELEC®.

To obtain new electrodes, contact your usual retailer or order them from www.sport-elec.com.

Caution! Never use the belt without having attached the 2 electrodes provided. Never use electrodes other than those supplied by SPORT-ELEC ®.

Connecting and positioning the belt

• Unfold the belt. Check that your device is switched off.
• Attach the 2 modules to the pressure clips on the outside of the belt and connect the cables to the box.
• Attach the electrodes to the inside of the belt using the snap fasteners. Remove the plastic holder from the electrodes.
• Place the belt around your waist and adjust it with the hook and loop fastener so that the electrodes are in good contact with the skin.
• Turn on the device and select a programme.
• Turn up the power of each channel. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your electrostimulation session.
• If you feel a tingling sensation, turn off the device and check that the electrode is in contact with the skin.

End of the programme

• When the programme is finished, switch off the device and disconnect the device from the belt.
• Detach the electrodes, and moisten them slightly with a few drops of water before replacing them on their transparent plastic supports.

• Connect the modules to the housing, respecting the colour indicators of each module (photo A). NB: You can use the device with 1, 2, 3 or 4 modules.
• Detach the electrodes, and moisten them slightly with a few drops of water before replacing them on their transparent plastic supports.
• Attach the electrodes to the module(s) using the press studs

Positioning the electrodes

• Remove the plastic support from the electrodes Moisten them by spreading a drop of water on the adhesive gel with your fingertips and wait 2 minutes
• Position the module(s) on your body. NB: The electrodes are intended for personal use. For reasons of hygiene, they should only be used by one person.

Turn on your device by following the "Turn on" procedure.

The contractions should be firm but never painful.

If you feel an unpleasant sensation at the level of the electrodes: reduce the power, move the electrode(s) and gradually increase the power. Also check that the electrodes are sufficiently moistened.

Once the settings have been optimised, leave the appliance to work for the duration of the programme.

End of the programme

• The device is recommended by physiotherapists for functional rehabilitation.
• It is possible to restart the cycle of one of the programmes on another muscular area or to change the programme while remaining on the same muscular area without exceeding 50 minutes of use (of active phase) per muscular area and per day.
• Casing and cables can be cleaned with a cloth soaked in a disinfectant solution diluted with 1:10 water.
• Adhesive electrodes can be rehydrated before and after use with a disinfectant.
• The adhesive electrodes must be repositioned on their backing and stored in a cool place at +5 °C to +10 °C.
• The adhesive electrodes have a life span of about 40 uses, so please order them via our online shop www.sport-elec.com, from your usual retailer.
