• Can Sport-Elec repair/replace the battery in my device?

Sport-Elec offers a battery replacement service for the Free Action and Multisport Pro (red).

Please contact the After Sales Service who will be able to carry out the basic checks on your device and advise you whether or not to change the battery, if it is in fact another technical problem.

• Can I buy an electro-musculation box alone?

No, the box is always sold with its basic connection as well as one or several electrodes according to the type of device. The boxes are sold in basic version (with the minimum accessories for its use) or by pack with accessories of the type vest/armour/etc, you can repurchase a box in basic version.

All the consumables are available on the site sport-elec.com in order to guarantee a use year after year of your apparatus. You will find electrodes, accessories such as combi, belt, creams, etc.
