SAV : Sport-Elec Warranty

1. The guarantee

• Electro-musculation products :

Sport-Elec electrostimulation equipment is guaranteed for 2 years on parts and labour.

Belts, shorts and all other electromusculation accessories are neither returned nor exchanged (for obvious reasons of hygiene).

The guarantee will only be valid if the date of purchase and the shop's stamp and signature appear on the guarantee card or on presentation of the sales receipt.

You will also be responsible for the cost of sending the product for service.

• Loss of warranty rights :

Our workshop carries out the repair of your appliance during its warranty period; if you carry out the repair yourself or by a third party, you lose this warranty.

• Electroinstitute products :

We grant a 24-month guarantee on the electro-institute products we distribute from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will exchange the defective appliance.

• Loss of warranty rights :

LDamage caused by improper use (e.g. impact, connection to direct current, voltage error, decalcification, etc.), normal wear and tear that does not impair the proper functioning or value of the appliance, excludes any claim under the guarantee.

The guarantee will be invalidated if repairs are carried out by unauthorised persons or if spare parts other than those of the same brand are used.

• Sending products to the After Sales Service :

Please contact the After Sales Service, for this please send a request before sending your item.

Any return of an item by Mondial Relay is at the customer's expense.
Log on to www.mondialrelay.fr , enter your details and the weight of the parcel. Print your label and drop off your parcel at your nearest Relay Point.

• Service procedure for our dealers :

Please make a request for a return agreement beforehand. To do so, please send a request with a copy of the sales receipt.

Without a receipt, the request is not accepted.

Indicate your contact details and the type of appliance and quantity.


Specify the type of breakdown and whether it is a shop product or a customer product.
