Terms of delivery

Delivery is only possible after receipt of payment.

We offer a variety of delivery options. Choose the one that suits you best!

Choice of carrier

With regard to the carriers listed below, if you do not provide your mobile phone number to track your order, NOVEKA (Sport-Elec brand) cannot be held responsible.

• TNT Express 24 h :

Delivery times: Delivery within 24 hours in mainland France for all orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Friday.

An SMS will be sent to you with the corresponding tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

• Colissimo La Poste France Métropolitaine :

Delivery time: 48-72 hours (Monday to Friday once the order has been processed).

Tracking your order: Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• Mondial Relay :

Delivery time: 3 to 6 working days in France, 4 to 8 working days in Belgium and Luxembourg (from Tuesday to Friday once the order has been processed).

Tracking of your order: Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number.

All returns via Mondial Relay are at the customer's expense*. Please contact the After-Sales Service: please send a request before returning the parcel(s) sent via Mondial Relay.

* NOVEKA will reimburse the cost of returning the item(s) upon presentation of proof of payment.

Processing your order

Orders placed on Friday after 9am, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

• TNT France Métropolitaine :
  All orders placed before 15:00 will be processed and shipped the same day, Monday to Friday.
• Mondial Relay :
  Parcels are collected on Tuesdays and Fridays until 12 noon.
