The Force Max belt features four attachment points on the body, two on each side, fitted with double-sided patches containing a silver-threaded mesh, making it the most effective belt on the market; Once the two motors of your Free Action 2 Motors are in position, you can balance the power on each side with maximum efficiency – something no other electrostimulation belt on the market can offer. You can increase the power available at each electrode thanks to unrivalled conductivity; it is this power that will deliver spectacular results from the very first sessions
The two motors of your Free Action are connected to the control unit via Bluetooth for wireless training; with a range of 10 metres, you can enjoy complete freedom of movement during your workout!
Electrostimulation works by using a current of up to 90 mA that alternates between an active phase and a recovery phase (for the Sport programmes), causing your muscles to contract. The contractions during the active phase stimulate muscle activity and make your physical efforts more intense. Meanwhile, the contractions during the recovery phase – which are weaker and occur at frequencies specifically designed for this purpose – help your muscles recover between each active phase. You’ll see visible results in your body composition and notice visual changes to your figure.
You’re free to position the motors and electrodes as you wish, so you can focus on an upper-body or lower-body session, or a mix of both! The Sport-Elec Free Action adapts to 11 muscle zones by varying the electrostimulation current to optimise your session and target a specific muscle.
A combination of 94 sport and health programmes across 11 muscle zones is available, allowing you to find the programmes best suited to your needs.
