The 4 motors, identified by colour-coded labels, can be programmed independently via the Free Action’s Bluetooth control unit. They deliver a current to your muscles that alternates between active and recovery phases, perfectly tailored to the muscles you have selected on the touchscreen from the 11 available muscle zones.

The Programmes:
The 8 SPORT programmes on the Free Action will all have a specific effect on your muscles. Depending on the signal sent, your muscles won’t just build bulk; you can work on their explosive strength, resistance to exertion, endurance and recovery.
And to adapt our devices to everyone’s sporting needs, with the Free Action, everyone can find the right programme for them! You can even alternate between the programmes to make the most of the benefits on offer.
You’ll even be able to choose programmes to ease back into training or work more intensively on your existing fitness levels. All our electrostimulation programmes have been designed with effectiveness and the needs of athletes in mind, whether they’re amateurs or professionals.
During the sports programmes, the device will alternate between an active phase and a recovery phase – there’s no downtime in our programmes.
As the active phase uses high frequencies, your muscles will be worked intensely to maximise the desired effect (strength, tone, endurance, volume)
The recovery phase, on the other hand, uses lower frequencies but continues to stimulate your muscles. Indeed, it has been scientifically proven that continuing to stimulate the muscle gently promotes recovery, rather than not stimulating it at all. Each of these recovery phases has therefore been designed to complement the workout phases in order to optimise recovery.
The 6 HEALTH programmes follow the same principle, but are not designed to build muscle mass. They will be useful for everyone, whether you want to relax after exercise to reduce muscle soreness, or to extend your recovery time to a lesser extent; you can even benefit from a pain relief programme and one to relieve heavy legs. Thanks to TENS currents, active recovery after exercise or muscle rest on your ‘off’ days is facilitated. Your muscle tension is relieved thanks to the release of endorphins triggered by the massaging effect of the Health programmes. During these programmes, it is not recommended to aim for a strong contraction; instead, increase the intensity until you feel the desired effect.

The COMBI sport-elec accessories and the Force Max belt are compatible with the Free Action for intensive electrostimulation (combined with physical exercise). They also make it easier to position the device, ensuring it stays in place throughout your workouts.
