Sport-Elec's research on currents made it possible to develop 94 programs Sport and Health combined in a single muscle stimulation device. These programs are grouped into 8 Sport modes and 6 Health modes represented combined with 11 muscle zones.
During sport programs, the device will alternate between an active phase and a recovery phase, no downtime in our programs.
The active phase using high frequencies, your muscle will be intensely stressed to maximize the desired effect (strengthening, toning, endurance, volume)
The recovery phase, for its part, uses lower frequencies, but continues to stimulate your muscle.
