The Multisport Pro Précision is a comprehensive electrostimulator. Its combination of 94 health and fitness programmes across 11 muscle zones is designed to meet all your needs: training, increasing muscle capacity, improving muscle tone and strength, as well as relaxation or recovery after exercise to relieve muscle tension.
Developed 10 years ago and since optimised by Sport-Elec to incorporate its latest research in electrostimulation, the MSP Precision remains as popular as ever thanks to its versatility, power (100 mA) and reliability.
Depending on the placement of the electrodes, it allows you to target 11 body zones of your choice, which you can select by opting for a Sport or Health programme to ensure the electrostimulation current is perfectly suited to the muscles being worked.
Every exercise programme begins with an optional warm-up, followed by the active phase and the cool-down, each of which serves a specific purpose. The warm-up prepares your muscles for exercise; it warms up the muscle fibres so that they are not subjected to sudden strain at the start. The active phase, alternating regularly with the recovery phase, will contract your muscles intensely, in order to maximise the engagement of the muscle fibres and promote deep muscle work. The recovery phase is designed to optimise muscle recovery as much as possible; your muscles will still contract, but at more moderate frequencies and intensities, carefully calibrated for maximum efficiency. Better recovery will allow for better assimilation of the workout during the corresponding phase.
The 88 Sport programmes (8 modes x 11 body zones) will help the most active among you to improve your fitness and your ability to sustain effort, warm up, tone your figure, build greater muscle mass, as well as improve muscle tone and recover after your session.
Sport-Elec recommends its 6 Health programmes to relieve muscle tension caused by exercise, poor posture at work or whilst sleeping, reduce muscle soreness and combat the sensation of heavy legs by delivering TENS current to your muscles. They provide an immediate sense of well-being and offer a moment of relaxation and recovery.
This device, supplied on its own with wired electrodes, adapts to your needs as you progress, as it can be used with COMBI accessories (glute belt, thigh straps, armband, Force Max abdominal belt), a multi-position belt or additional modules.
