The multi-position belt is used with Sport-Elec gel which is applied to the 4 integrated carbon electrodes, and uses 2 channels. It allows you to concentrate the work on the arms, abs, glutes, thighs or calves. The 2 other channels can be used simultaneously with wired electrodes to work two other muscle areas.

The MSP Precision currents during sport programs are designed to precisely alternate active phases and recovery phases depending on the program chosen, causing muscle contractions to achieve the desired result.
The active phase using high frequencies, your muscle will be intensely solicited to maximize the desired effect (strengthening, tonicity, endurance, volume)
The recovery phase, on the other hand, uses lower frequencies, but continues to stimulate your muscle. If you select a Sport program, you will then need to specify the body area or areas you wish to work on from the 11 offered.

They will be useful for all types of people, whether you want to relax after exercise to reduce soreness, or prolong it in a reduced way, you can even benefit from a pain relief program and one to relieve heavy legs. Thanks to TENS currents, active recovery after exercise or muscle rest during your "off" days are facilitated. Your muscle tensions are relieved, thanks to the release of endorphins released by the massaging effect of Health programs. During these programs it is not recommended to seek strong contraction, increase the power so as to feel the desired effect.
